We hope you will reschedule for a future date or leave your booking on stand by until you know which dates you can come, but if you need to cancel your booking it is very easy. 


  • Website bookings:  You will need to go to the booking confirmation that you received when you made the booking. There you will find a link that says Manage your booking. It is highlighted in red within the Cancellation policy section. Even though it might only mention the initial deposit made when booking, don't worry, all the money will be refunded. Please note you have to give notice of cancellation maximum up to the day before arrival in order to get your money back. If you have lost the booking confirmation email us to booking@clubmac.es and we will send you a copy so you can cancel.


  • Direct bookings via email or telephone: please email us with the booking references and ask us to do it for you. 


You should then calculate around 2  weeks for the money to reach your account, as long as cancellation occurs up to the day before arrival.
