If you have booked directly with us or on our website, we offer free cancellation until the day before arrival, even if you have already paid for your holiday partially or in full.

If you have booked directly with us please create a ticket to ask us to cancel your booking for you.
On this last two cases we will refund the money manually as soon as we received the cancellation. From there please allow a couple of days for the money to get back into your account.
