If you have booked with a tour operator, you will need to cancel your holiday with them. Please check their cancellation policy as well as your terms and conditions.
If you have booked directly with us or on our website, we offer free cancellation until the day before arrival, even if you have already paid for your holiday partially or in full.
If you have booked on our website, please go to your booking confirmation and click on the red link that says
If you don't have the booking confirmation, please email us to booking@clubmac.es so we can send you a copy.
If you have booked directly with us (over the phone) please email us to ask us to cancel your booking for you.
On this last two cases we will issue the refund manually.
Refunds should take between 3 days and 3 weeks to be effective in your bank, it depends on each bank the exact time it takes.
