Although you don't need to pay the balance until arrival at the hotel if you have booked directly or on our website, it makes it easier at check in to have settled the bill before arrival via secure payment links that can be sent out to your email address.
If you would like to make partial or even full payment of your booking, please get back to us with your booking reference and amount you wish to pay in euros. We will then send you an email with a link to our secure payment gateway (the sender of this email is Redsys) where you will be able to pay by 3D secure debit or credit card. Every time you wish to make a payment you need to contact us, as the links are issued manually for you each time.
As we strive to reduce our reply time and also due to system limitations, we are unable to take more than one payment link per month (in the case that you are making partial payments)
