Before arrival you can email us and we will send you a personalised link for your booking where you will be able to give us all your details and save time at reception. On arrival, please make sure you take a ticket from a machine located near the entrance of the Marte building. It will give you a turn ticket so you don't have to wait in line. Please keep an eye on the screens for your number for and the right desk. There is a 24 hours coffee corner near reception where you can already pick up a cup of coffee, tea, juices and water while you wait.
Please have your voucher ready in your hand, together with the passports of all the people in your party, including children. Make sure you all go along to reception as we need everybody at the desk. Have the money for the tourist tax ready for payment. Remember that it is 2.20 euros per adult aged 16 and above per night, kids don't pay. From the 9th night onward, the price is reduced to half.
