Club Mac has very large buffets with a large variety to feed more than 3000 guests in high season. We avoid to label ingredients or allergens as we cannot control if all guests are using tweezers properly and avoiding cross contamination from tray to tray. That's why we highly recommend to talk to the maitre at the entrance of the restaurants as they will be able to help you with what is allergy free or will be able to explain you the ingredients of each dish. Even if it's necessary, our staff can bring fresh dishes from the kitchen in order to guarantee they are allergy free
